Welcome to your Private, resort style, pool and spa home with spectacular views day and night! 4 bedrooms, 3 baths (1 King and bathroom with shower on main/ground level and CA King in primary suite. Tropical setting, a short drive to major attractions like our world famous Beaches, Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Downtown, Coronado, Outlet Shopping, & Sesame Place! Welcome to San Diego! Our home is owned and managed by us, so our family's health & safety, and yours, is of utmost importance. All surfaces are sanitized and cleaned prior to your stay. We're happy to be able to share this incredible home with you. From the moment you walk in the door, you're going to say, "Wow"! You'll feel like you're at a resort, with your own private pool and spa, towering palm trees, tropical foliage, Putting Green, outdoor dining tables, umbrellas, lots of patio chairs and lounges, gas fire pit, all for your enjoyment and relaxation. With walls of glass, you'll be able to enjoy the outdoors, and the spectacular views day and night! Imagine coming home form a day of sightseeing and then relaxing in the bubbling spa, watching the incredible sunsets, and then watching the twinkle of city lights take over. This is a single-family, private residence...it is not a shared home, and the pool/spa and yard are only for you. ***WE ARE ONE OF THE FEW HOMES TO OFFER YOU BOTH POOL AND/OR SPA HEATING FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE*** For an additional fee, the Pool heats to 85 degrees and Spa heats to 102 degrees. June-October: $65/night for Pool and Spa heating, or $30/night for spa only. November-May: $95/night for Pool and Spa heating, or $35/night for Spa only. **POOL/SPA HEATING FEE IS PER NIGHT AND FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY** Otherwise, pool/spa is heated by solar only and dependent on outdoor temps. Please let us know if you are interested in this additional amenity when booking or least one week prior to your stay. This is not a party house, but it is a unique place to make lasting memories with family, friends, and colleagues. ***No parties or special events. The house and it's amenities are for registered guests only, no outside visitors. We are part of a strict homeowner's association. We all like to enjoy our family and friends, but it's quiet time outdoors after 10pm...respect for our neighbors is a must. There are 4 private bedrooms, 3 baths, (1 King bdrm and bath on main level). 2 Queen beds upstairs and 1 CA King bed in Primary suite. (Pack'nPlay available). 3, 4K TV's, some channels are for pay or subscription like some specialty and sport channels. We have Roku. Free WiFi and Amazon Echo (Alexa) for music, news, etc. Living room and Dining area with 18 foot vaulted ceilings, walls of glass, sparkling chandelier, gas fireplace, and an open kitchen. Kitchen has gas range, Stainless Steel refrigerator with ice maker, SS dishwasher, microwave, some complimentary coffees/teas/hot chocolate. The house sleeps a maximum of 8 guests total. Extra guest fee of $15/night per guest over 6 guests. The house and it's amenities are for registered guests only, no visitors. Most everything you need is provided. The pool and spa do not have fencing to prevent child access, so adult supervision and safety is mandatory. Free Parking is on driveway or street. Other things to note Additional fee per night for each additional guest over 6, with strict maximum of 8 guests. We have a gardener and a pool service company that provide service to our home. Sprinklers are on a timer and will be set to not interfere with outdoor enjoyment. **POOL AND SPA HEATING IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE** June- October: $65/night for pool & spa, or $30/night for spa only. Nov-May: $95/night for pool & Spa, or $35/night for Spa only. If you smoke in this house, you will be prosecuted and fined a minimum of $750! NO SMOKING and NO VAPING in or near the house. Backyard is fine. No pets, and no shoes in the house. We provide basic paper towels and toilet paper for your arrival. Additional paper products, like toilet paper, may need to be purchased for the duration of your stay. *If you paid for pool/spa heating: Pool heats to minimum of 85 degrees or more depending on weather, and Spa heats to 102. Pool heats when the pool filters, and the pool does not filter 24 hours a day. Spa is controlled by wall pad in the house. Pool will not heat when spa is on.
