Guest Access: Your guest access includes off-street parking behind the house, a private entrance to 1726 19th Street, living, dining, kitchen areas, 3 bedroom, 1 bath, an outdoor shower behind the home. The Neighborhood: Located in a residential neighborhood, just a short walk to Galveston's Seawall beaches and favorite local eats like Millers on Seawall and Grand Galvez's Sunday brunch. Getting Around: Tina Marie is conveniently located 1 block to Seawall Blvd, the Trolly route, about 6 blocks to Pleasure Pier and only 1.2 miles to the Strand District and within 2 miles to the Cruise Terminals! Other Things to Note: Rentals include furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment, appliances, heating and air conditioning. What to bring: A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, personal soaps such as shampoo body wash, etc. or cleaning supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, etc. B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay. C.
