“Rivahtime” is the Piankatank

2000 sq ft all brick ranch in quiet waterfront community. Great getaway for the whole family! Way off the beaten path with amazing sunsets from the small private community beach just across the street. Feels like home! The space Very open with great flow, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, tv room on the end with 2 full size futons, ping pong room and everything you need for a quaint, quiet weekend of kayaking, canoeing, board games, sitting around the fire pit etc. It's what the Rivah is all about. Guest access Access to small community beach across the street, community boat ramp around the corner, kayaks, canoe, ping pong, side yard with fire pit, gas grill, and bicycles! Other things to note Trash pick up is on Mondays! All trash must be IN the can and can placed at the curb prior to leaving. Any additional trash must be taken to the dump which is closed on Sundays! If you have a Sunday departure it is pertinent you take can to the curb for Monday morning pick up. This is a QUIET neighborhood setting, no parties allowed. Please be respectful of neighbors!
