It is completely private and self-contained. Sunlight SeaScape is a newer boutique property on 3/4 acre of lush gardens, grassy areas and decks. The property is located at the end of a lovely neighborhood street with a walking path to our private beach a few blocks away. Come enjoy clean air, clean water, clean land as we all do our part to steward the land and conserve our precious resources. *Expansive views, breathtaking mountains, peaceful setting. *King bed. *Chemical free cleaning and laundry. Lovely linens. *Pets considered. Please ask in advance. If approved, a pet fee will be assessed ($50 min). You are responsible for providing bedding, dishes and towels for your pet if approved. *Monthly stays available for the Boat House, October to May, at a discounted rate. Available July and August at regular rate. *3 night min July and August & Holidays. *Refundable deposit for cleaning, damage and disruption will be added for longer stays, ranging from $100-$500. Guest access Tucked away, private and quiet, Sunlight SeaScape is located at the end of a beautiful neighborhood street on 3/4 acres of gardens and grassy areas. *30 minutes from the Mukilteo ferry dock to Sunlight SeaScape, or a 30-minute drive from Deception Pass bridge (traffic dependent). *Our private neighborhood beach access is a walking path on Sunlight Beach, Useless Bay on Whidbey Island, also drivable. *Parking on the property. *Guests have access to the gardens, two fire pits and grassy areas. Other things to note *Stunning views of Puget Sound, mountains, and gardens *Beach access *Additional charge for guests after two *Children are welcome! Please include them in your request. *Children over ten years of age are considered 'adult' because of their size. *Pets considered. Please ask in advance. If approved, a pet fee will be assessed ($50 min). You are responsible for providing bedding and towels for your pet if approved. *Notice: Guests hold Sunlight SeaScape and Olympic Marine View harmless for their use of bunkbed, property, beach area, walking path, and food items. *Guest count includes adults, teens, children, infants, toddlers and babies. *The following holiday dates have a three-night minimum: Independence Day (July 2-6), Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s. *Available for stays of up to 90 days with a monthly discount September to June, negotiable for longer after a review. Monthly discount does not apply in July and August.
