We have been Hosting this house on Vrbo (1138347) for years and decided to also list on Airbnb. We Have earned an average 5 star reputation with many reviews on that platform so you should expect a 5 star place when you book with us. This house Books well in advance and has many yearly repeat customers. We have it stocked with most items a Vacationer would need/want. We realize that you have many options to rent in Boyne City. That is why we go above and beyond most guest’s expectations. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in a great location. Located a few blocks to the marina and beaches. A few blocks to scenic Avalanche Mountain(5 min walk) where you can hike on trails, mountain bike or Disc golf. The house is just a half mile to the business area (8 min walk) where you can enjoy great restaurants and brew pubs or checkout "Stroll the Streets" on Friday nights. Boyne mountain is only a 10 min car ride from the house where you can ski, mountain bike, go to Avalanche Bay Water Park, and zip line. The house has a nice yard and is very family friendly. It has a mudroom on both entrances to the house to hold your skis, shoes etc. The house has Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, DVD player, Dish Network, Netflix, Amazon video, new mattresses (extremely comfortable), an outdoor deck and grill. Boaters welcome!! The driveway is plenty big enough for your boat & trailer, and extra vehicles. There is also parking behind the garage. We’ve had 50 ft boats in the driveway for Boyne Thunder. We also own another house just around the corner. It has been totally renovated as of July 2021 and is now available to rent. Please inquire for availability. We have a strict no pet policy but there are some great kennels in the area that you can give your pet a vacation also. “Dogs World North” is right in Boyne City and only about 2 miles away from the house. Also “Happy Tails” in Petoskey You will have the entire home during your stay. We are available 24/7 for our guests through texting and phone calls. This house is in the best part of town. 7 min walk to the downtown area. Just a couple of blocks from avalanche Mountain. Which is a great place to hike, bike, run etc and has excellent scenic overlooks of Lake Charlevoix.
