Quietly located, 10 minutes from the edge of the forest, hiking friends will get their money's worth here. You can enjoy nice evenings with friends by the fireplace or on the large terrace with garden. The balcony has a great view of the Eifel. Centrally located with direct highway access A3 / A48. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen offer everything the guest needs. The space The house offers 185 sqm spread over 3 floors for up to 9 people. The accommodation is fully equipped with underfloor heating. In the spacious living and dining area, you can spend pleasant evenings in front of the fireplace. The bathroom upstairs with a large bathtub invites you to relax with a bubble bath. On the balcony on the upper floor, you have a great view and can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The garage is not available to guests. The installed alarm system is not active. There are motion detectors in the house; these are also part of the alarm system and are also not active! The previous owner equipped the house with a complete alarm system. There are also motion detectors in the entrance area and on all doors and windows. ALL NOT ACTIVE ! CALCULATION OF PRICES FOR BABIES AND TODDLERS : Regardless of the age of the children, we charge a price of 30 euros/night. This will not be charged by Airbnb and will be calculated by us accordingly. We ask you to note this in order to avoid any misunderstandings. Airbnb cannot adjust this systemically. Travel cot and high chair are available on site. PLEASE NOTE THAT TOWELS AND BED LINEN CAN BE BOOKED AS OPTIONAL EXTRAS: Towel package includes 1 large and 1 small towel. PRICE: 5 euros/person per stay. The bedding package includes a pillowcase and blanket cover. PRICE: 10 euros per person / stay The beds are already made up with fitted sheets. Please let us know at least 3 days before arrival if you would like to book a package; payment will then be processed through Airbnb. IMPORTANT NOTE !
