The balcony has a great view into the Eifel. Centrally located against direct motorway connection A3 / A48. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large Kitchen offer everything a guest needs. The space The house has 185 square meters spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 9 people. The property is fully equipped with floor heating. In the spacious living - dining area you can spend social evenings in front of the fireplace. The bathroom on the upper floor with a large bathtub invites you to relax with a bubble bath. You have a great view on the upper floor and can enjoy the sun until late at night. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The garage is not available to guests. The installed alarm system is not active. There are motion detectors in the house, these were also part of the alarm system and are not active either! The house was equipped with a complete alarm system by the previous owner. There are also motion detectors in the entrance area and on all doors and windows. ALL NOT ACTIVE ! CALCULATING PRICES BABIES AND TODDLERS : Regardless of the age of the children, we charge a price of 30 euros/night. This is not charged by airbnb and will be recalculated accordingly by us. We ask you to note this in order to exclude misunderstandings. Airbnb cannot adjust this in terms of system technology. Travel cot and high chair are available on the premises. IMPORTANT NOTE !
