There are 3 apartments that are located in the same building complex and can be rented together for large groups, since together they have 8 bedrooms and 3 rooms to accommodate up to 22 people plus 3 children under 12 years of age. Located 2 minutes from the financial area and 4 minutes from the Chapultepec area, you will find the best restaurants and nightlife in Gdl. Inside a complex of new buildings with all the amenities such as swimming pool, gym, jogging and with maximum security The space There are three apartments in which up to 22 adults plus three children under 12 years of age can be registered in total. There are two 3-bedroom apartments and one 1-bedroom apartment. Each apartment has a bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed specially designed for resting, with its own bathroom and air conditioning. The second bedroom in each apartment has a bunk bed with 2 queen size beds and a floor fan. These rooms also have their own bathroom that they share with the living and dining room. Two of the apartments have a third bedroom with two twin beds each that also has a fan. All our bedrooms have blackout curtains to darken the room in the morning and get a better rest. At the entrance of each apartment you can enjoy the living room and dining room, with a different style and colorful design, designed to impress you and spend unique moments with the 55" TV and 50 mb internet. Each apartment has covered parking for 2 cars, so you can park up to 6 cars. Each apartment has a laundry center, hair dryer, coffee maker, sandwich maker, iron and ironing board and everything you need to cook, prepare drinks and enjoy your trip to the fullest (sheets, towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper). The development has 2 gyms, a jogging track and a very large heated pool. It's super safe as it has a 24-hour security guard. Self check-in with a lockbox where the keys are located, and you can enter at any time and check in. Pets are not allowed because they are prohibited in the building. You can walk to Midtown, Punto Sao Paulo (financial area) and Santa Teresita. By car or Uber, it will take 4-5 minutes to get to the Chapultepec area. 100% Prepared for people in wheelchairs or older adults, because the apartment can be accessed without climbing any stairs. The rate shown per night is the base price, which includes 12 guests. From the next guest, $200 pesos per person per night will be charged. Note: The development accepts a maximum capacity of 22 adults plus 3 children under 12 years of age between the three apartments. The platform only allows you to configure up to 16 adults. If more people are required, they can be added later, paying the aforementioned fee. Guest access The pool can be accessed with an access card that we leave in the apartment and the gym can be accessed by a maximum of 2 people at the same time per apartment. The jogging track has no restrictions, as do the rest of the common areas. It is important to respect the internal rules of no drinks, food or loud speakers The gym, pool, and common areas are shared with other apartments. The main restrictions are moderate noise after 9 pm and respect for neighbors. Please note that some of the furniture and decorations shown in the pictures may change due to wear and tear, but that will not affect your stay at all. The bottles of wine, glasses, flowers, etc. that you see in the photo, are either included in the rent or are only put there for the photograph. Please indicate the number of people who will be staying, because from 12 people, there is a charge per person per night. Other things to note For stays longer than one week, at least one weekly cleaning will be carried out, which will be charged at $500 to the client per apartment, to change sheets and towels, and keep the property in optimal condition.
