Countless amazing bars and eateries all within minutes of our place! 2 additional guests can sleep on the comfy sleeper sofa. Only 2 miles to Downtown, 15 min. drive to BNA Airport. Uber within city limits readily available and affordable. We're readily available to answer all of your questions before, during, & after your stay! The space Our beautifully decorated home offers you 1600 square feet of well-appointed space in the heart of East Nashville! We put a lot of care into decorating our home to make sure you have all the amenities you would find in a hotel...but better! :) (Please see our complete amenities list on the listing). Although we don't serve breakfast, there is complimentary coffee and tea. Bedrooms are upstairs Bedroom 1: Queen Bed and en suite full bathroom Bedroom 2: King bed and en suite full bathroom Downstairs: Living Room: Very Comfy Sleeper Sofa! Half Bathroom -Central Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation system. -Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishware, some spices, etc. drip coffeemaker with some coffee beans to get your started. -Washer and dryer available for guest use! -Plenty of street parking available. -Dining table with seating for 6. -Counter height breakfast bar with 4 stools in kitchen area to gather for meals or to serve as a work desk. -Comfortable and stylish living room to hang out in and watch TV on a large screen Smart TV. Xfinity Cable provided . Netflix, Hulu Plus and other apps can also be accessed. -Fresh bed linens provided. We layout towels, wash cloths, travel size shampoo and shower gel on each bed. There are extras if needed in each bathroom. Hair dryers, one iron & ironing board, *initial round* of toilet paper, paper towels, & coffee provided, if you need more, you can stock up from the nearby grocery store (Kroger, and Turnip Truck are nearby). DISCLAIMER: -Zero tolerance for parties or unauthorized visitors. -Exterior cameras for security. LUGGAGE DROP OFF: -Unable to accommodate due to cleaning logistics. Suggest using Luggage Hero or Stow Station. TOTAL PRICE: Based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees and costs determined by the host or booking platform. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit less a couple locked closets used to store supplies. Other things to note ** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
