The keyless entry makes coming and going a breeze! No keys needed! The home has 2 bedrooms (queen sized bed in each) 1 bathroom, a kitchen and living area - The entire home is yours! You are welcome to do anything from relax in the large backyard to watching TV in the living area. (Keep in mind, we do not have cable. We do have a smart TV which you can sign into your Netflix/Hulu/Fubo/Sling/etc accounts) You'll love this beautiful newly renovated home! Just walking in the front door will make your jaw drop! Brand new hardwood floors throughout, a stunning open concept kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, and a lovely bathroom. This impeccable home is a fabulous open concept with all the right spaces - You'll find the home is very well designed allowing for plenty of storage and definitely makes use of it's 825 sq. ft. of space! This centrally located home has a big backyard and is situated in a friendly neighborhood on a quiet street. The"Little Gray House" is fully furnished with furniture, kitchenware, bed linens, towels, etc. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances - microwave, full-sized fridge with ice and water in the door, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. If you want suggestions on where to eat and visit while you are here in Nebraska, feel free to ask!! You have the entire house to yourself including the large backyard. We live only 8 minutes away so if you need anything at all, we can be there in no time at all! We are only 5-10 minutes from downtown Haymarket, Gateway Mall, many various restaurants, etc. Basically you can get nearly anywhere in Lincoln in 15 minutes or less! SO nice!! This home is especially enjoyed by medical professionals due to being centrally located in Lincoln with easy access to almost anywhere in Lincoln. Most people drive in Lincoln, but if you are here without a car, both Uber and Lyft are great options. Also, the apartment is only 0.4 miles away from one of the main bike baths in Lincoln and there are several bus stops within walking distance of the apartment. For parking at the home, you'll find off-street parking in the driveway for 2 cars plus free parking on the street immediately in front of the house. Like you, we treat our dogs like family. We want to make it as easy as possible to travel with your four-legged friends! We do allow approved pets for an additional $10 per pet per night with a $50 cap on each month. We are dog owners ourselves so we LOVE providing a place for fellow pet owners to stay with their four-legged friends! Also, in order to keep this service going, we’d be so thankful for some help from you. We just ask that they stay off the furniture during your stay and that you pick up any waste in the yard left by your pet.
