Maple Spring Inn

Quiet setting. Located just 3.5 miles from downtown Abingdon and the Virginia Creeper Trail. Four bedrooms, three full baths, 3000 sq ft. Full kitchen, linens and towels are provided. The rate is 175. per night for two guests. There is an additional fee of 75. per night for each additional guest. Falsifying the number of quests will lead to immediate eviction without refund. (Children are included in the count.) There is also a 85. cleaning fee and tax. The space ***Please note there are cats on the property. They are feral and have never been inside. I am allergic to cats. You will however, sometimes see them on the porches. Guests will be required to feed the cats during your stay. Cat food is provided at the house. If the cats are a problem do not book a stay here.*** Other things to note VIDEO SURVEILLANCE - The Property has exterior only audio - video security cameras placed throughout the exterior of the property. There are no interior cameras. Surveillance footage is not shared unless it is necessary to provide to law enforcement. Recordings are for liability and security reasons. Any attempt at tampering with, manipulating, disabling, moving or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
