This beautiful vacation home has been consistently redesigned in recent years according to ecological principles and offers you around 125 m² of living space on two floors. Exposed timber beams, warm colors and the carefully selected, rich interior exude a cozy atmosphere. The space On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living and dining area with the open kitchen, a large dining table, a cozy couch corner by the wood-burning stove, an extensive library, a large chess table, and an OLED TV with Blu-ray/DVD player, along with a DVD video library with great classic movies. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and various small items such as a Smoothie Maker, a shaker and blenders. There is even a station for raclette and fondue and a Ferrari pizza oven. The storage room right next to the kitchen contains a washing machine, dryer and ironing utensils, ideally suited for doing laundry during your vacation. On the ground floor there is also a BA equipped with a shower/toilet and an extra urinal. Sleep like you're in seventh heaven! This is what the three bedrooms upstairs promise, each equipped with ecological, completely metal-free sleeping systems from DORMIENTE (180 x 200 cm) with solid natural latex mattresses and the highest quality eco bedding. The pillows are filled with natural latex, and the blankets with Tencel. There are also spelt husk pillows. Of course, each bedroom also has a closet for your vacation wardrobe. Upstairs is also the master bathroom, where you can really pamper yourself with a bathtub, shower/WC and your own sauna. Two furnished terraces (south and west) offer you the opportunity to follow the course of the sun. In addition to the beach chair, there is a sun lounger with cushions and a luxury teak and rattan lounger from the Buxtehuder Strandkorbmanufaktur, among other things. The west terrace can be bathed in romantic light with string lights in the evening. Need to Know: • Storage facilities for bicycles and two parking spaces for cars are available by the house. • A fiber optic gigabit connection with free Wi-Fi and a telephone (free calls to German Landline) are available. For healthy sleep, the Wi-Fi is switched off during the night. • A high chair and a travel cot for babies are provided. This exceptional vacation home is ideal for 1-6 people.
