The unit is equipped with a luxurious bed, full kitchen, Netflix, toilet with bidet, and bath essentials—all the ingredients for a perfect stay ;) The space The unit is one of four homestay units on the first floor of the building. The unit itself a queen bed, tatami table and cushions, a laptop table, a full bathroom with rain shower, and fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include: - Flatscreen TV with Netflix - Bluetooth smart speaker - Hotel-quality bed linens and towels - Toto toilet with built-in bidet - Complimentary bottled water in your room - Toiletries provided including toothbrush, soap and shampoo - High-speed wireless internet - Full kitchen including: * Refrigerator with freezer * Stove, microwave and water kettle * Complete set of pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups and utensils In addition, you will have access to the following shared amenities: - Small garden with seating - Front-loading washer and dryer - Complimentary coffee bar Guest access Every part of the unit including kitchen, bathroom, and the shared coffee lounge and garden. Other things to note Our homestay occupies the first floor in a building with three floors. The top is floor is the private office of a company and is not open to guests. Access is via steps. Please note there is no elevator. If you need we can arrange for a porter to help you carry your luggage up to the apartment. Please contact us before booking if you plan to conduct any commercial activities at our unit, including photoshoots or filming. An additional fee will apply and we will inform you the amount when we understand the nature of the activity. Fees start from 3,000,000 VND and will go up depending on the crew size, duration and the nature of the activity. We may also ask for a damage deposit for the activity.
