“Breeze Bay” is a spacious waterfront home on Lake Lanier located one hour north of Atlanta and features a private/double-slip dock. Located on the south end of the lake near all the major amenities of Margaritaville at Lanier Islands Resorts. With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 3 family rooms, 3 fireplaces, 2 full kitchens, 2 large out door decks, a gas grill, and life jackets & flotation devices for up to 15. Even if you are not a boater, Breeze Bay puts you right in the midst of it all on the largest floating, modern dock allowed on Lake Lanier, decked with beautiful Brazilian hardwood. The finest boats on Lake Lanier will be motoring by as you enjoy your beverage of choice. Many of our guest hardly leave the dock, it really is that amazing. The water is so clear you can actually see the bottom! Breeze Bay is quietly nestled back from the busy boating traffic lanes, perfect for those who enjoy simply floating on tubes in the bay with good friends and family. Guest access Entire home, including water front and boat dock. You are welcome to rent a boat from one of the many rental companies on the lake and slip it at the dock, giving you access to 620 miles of shore line on Lake Lanier. The water is very deep and can accommodate the largest boats on Lake Lanier. Other things to note Everything you could possibly need is just 10 minutes from the lake house. The North Georgia Premium Outlets Mall is 9 miles north. The Fox Theatre is an hour and ten minutes south down GA-400. SunTrust Park, the new home of the Atlanta Braves, is just 34 miles away, and the host of the 2019 super bowl, Mercedes-Benz-Stadium, where the Atlanta Falcons play, is just an hour's drive down to Atlanta. The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is about 46 miles away as the crow flies, so we are near the center of Georgia's greatest attractions.
