The room also has a tasteful armoire with a flat screen TV conveniently located inside for movie nights after a long day at the beach. Kitchen From the granite countertops to high quality appliances, the kitchen is an excellent addition to this vacation rental. Beyond this, we have fully equipped the condo with pots, pans, utensils & plates so you can make home cooked meals for a loved one, or the family as you please. The room also has a breakfast nook to enjoy a peaceful morning meal before starting your day at the beach. Balcony: This spacious 17th floor terrace is perfect for enjoying the peaceful gulf view. With just a few steps from the living room you will be surrounded by the harmonious ambience of the emerald green coastline. And with floor to ceiling windows, you can enjoy the view and the A/C simultaneously if you prefer to stay inside. Master Bedroom: The master has a luxurious king bed for extra comfort and space. There is also another Flat screen TV at the end of the bed for your viewing pleasure. The master bathroom suite is loaded with an exquisite walk-in shower, as well as tasteful granite countertops. SEASONAL BEACH SERVICE (March - October): We offer a discounted $50 BEACH SERVICE rental fee for reservations between Mar 15 - Oct 31. This includes two chairs and an umbrella for your entire stay. The Beach vendor charges $45/day rental so this potentially could save you more than $200 for a week stay. Let us know if you want to take advantage of the beach service. NOTE: Parking registration must be completed online through the resort's portal. There is a one-time $60 fee per vehicle registered. The link will be sent to you via email a week before your check-in. Guest access Rental of this direct beachfront condo provides full access to the condo.
