In the kitchen there are condiments, oils, spices, trash bags, dish detergent, saran wrap, aluminum, cleaning products and more. ★ PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED ★ We have a wonderful housekeeper who keep the house spotlessly clean. ★ EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT ★ If you are arriving early, or leaving late, we can arrange a check in time to suit you. Check in anytime after 12.30pm. If you need a late check out, no problem! Airbnb categorize us as "Lake Front" - we are not on a lake, although there are lakes within the community for fishing. Airbnb categorize us as "Amazing Pools" - we do not have a private pool, there are 3 community pools. Airbnb categorize us as "Play" - we do not have a private basketball court or game room, but the community has both. There is no miniature golf or waterslide in the community. Airbnb categorize us as "Vineyards" - Central Florida is not known as a vineyard destination, although there are a couple of vineyards 20+ miles away. Guest access You have complete private access to the whole house throughout your stay. Everything in the house is provided for your use. Nobody else has access while you are staying. Coded keypad entry changed for every guest - we program the last 4 digits of your phone number. All guests MUST be registered in advance, (including day visitors), to be granted access by the guard at the gate. Government ID of the Primary Guest or driver will be required . Unregistered guests will be denied access at the gate.
