Three-night min. early June, late Aug, & Holidays. All of Sept. Sat. to Sat., 7-night stays from mid-June to mid-August. 2 nights min. outside of these dates. 4 bedrooms (8 beds= 3 Q, 2 F, 3 T), 2 full baths, and sleeps 12. Older home with many continual improvements, including room for four cars in the driveway, washer/dryer, 70" TV in the living room, gourmet kitchen, and 2 elec fireplaces. This home is perfect for meeting with family and friends. 5 min. walk to Oak St. Beach on Lake Michigan. The space Don't let the small-looking front of the house fool you. It is a lot bigger than it looks from the road, especially with the high ceilings. Our comfortable home features a gourmet kitchen with a double oven, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen seats 14 people. Our living room has two couches, a love seat, and a Lazy Boy chair, sitting nine adults comfortably. The outdoor area seats 12+ people. With four bedrooms and two full baths, your family has plenty of space. Due to allergy issues, we do not allow pets or smoking. Guest access The whole house will be available to guests. We do not stay at the home while it is rented. Mid-June to mid-August check-in and out is only on Saturdays. Other things to note First floor bedrooms: white bedroom = twin day bed/trundle and queen bed, TV & DVD yellow bedroom = queen bed orange bedroom = bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom The Master bath has a barrier-free shower, jet tub and ADA toilet. Second Bath in the lower level. Full bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bench. Lower level green bedroom: Queen bed with TV & DVD, Full futon and sitting chair with ottoman and fireplace. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, all you need to add is food. We provide bath towels, some hand towels, and all bed-related items.
