The house was one of the original cottages in the north-side resort community (1924). We have made and continue to make extensive renovations and restorations to capture the feel of relaxation and fun for your stay in South Haven! With a four-car driveway, washer/dryer, and 65" TV in the living room, gourmet kitchen, and 2 fireplaces, this cottage is perfect for meeting with family & friends. 420 yards to Oak Street on Lake Michigan! Saturday to Saturday stays only 6/15-8/15. Don't let the small-looking front of the house fool you. It is a lot bigger than it looks from the road, especially with the high ceilings. Our comfortable home features a gourmet kitchen with a double oven, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen seats 14 people. Our living room has two couches, a love seat, and a Lazy Boy chair, sitting nine adults comfortably. The outdoor area seats 12+ people. With four bedrooms and two full baths, your family has plenty of space. Due to allergy issues, we do not allow pets or smoking. The whole house will be available to guests. We do not stay at the home while it is rented. Mid-June to mid-August check-in and out is only on Saturdays. I can be reached via cell phone or by texting my cell number. Our 4 bedroom, 2 full bah cottage is located 600 ft. from North Shore Drive (Lake Michigan) and a ten minute walk to the 50+ Historic Downtown South Haven shops. The cottage is just under a mile from the center of downtown. There are six public beaches on the North Side of South Haven. Our closest public beach is located at Oak Street and North Shore Drive. This is a five minute walk from our house. The closest beach with a bathroom is Packard Park, about a 10 minute walk from our house. You can see this well when mapping our address at 222 Brockway Ave. We have a quiet neighborhood, which should make your stay a pleasant one. Please look at the photos of our renovated cottage! Walk North for an hour plus, barrier free, on the shores of Lake Michigan or browse the town with its unique shops and restaurants. The cottage is located on the exclusive north side of town, less than a mile from Downtown South Haven. First floor bedrooms: white bedroom = twin day bed/trundle and queen bed, TV & DVD yellow bedroom = queen bed orange bedroom = bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom The Master bath has a barrier-free shower, jet tub and ADA toilet. Second Bath in the lower level. Full bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bench. Lower level green bedroom: Queen bed with TV & DVD, Full futon and sitting chair with ottoman and fireplace. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, all you need to add is food. We provide bath towels, some hand towels, and all bed-related items.
