Description
Perfect place to stay for: Families who want to be near the inner harbor and Aquarium, businesses in town for conventions or to be near downtown, or groups of friends who are in town for the "Baltimore Birds" sporting events. Three bedroom house with full kitchen and huge, private back deck for hanging out outside, all for you while being able to walk Downtown or to happening Harbor East or fun Federal Hill! Now with exclusive discounts to 27 Gems Spa right next door! The space First floor contains an open concept space featuring a living room, dining room and kitchen. Downstairs, is not exactly for guests enjoyment, but we do have a washer and dryer plus a half bath if needed during guest stays. On the second floor, we have two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom is a twin trundle perfect for the kiddos, then other is queen with a dresser. Also off the second floor is our full deck for enjoying the weather. Up the spiral steps is our primary bedroom with original hardwoods and another full bathroom, complete with separate tub and shower. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire four story home! The basement is not primarily set up for guests, however if you'd like to use the washer and dryer, or the toilet down there feel free. It is also where we keep the pack n play and high chair Other things to note Parking: We have parking spot in the back of the house that is available, but it's a tight fit. Guests will go through an alley to access the space, which must be unlocked by accessing the house first, to get a key and unlock the gate. There is not a lot of space in the alley, but any street legal car will fit. The height is approximate 6 feet 7 inches. Most cars will also be too long to shut the gates behind the car, but it shouldn't be an issue. This house is very close to downtown so there are number of parking garages. The two closest garages are the Penn Street and the Pratt Street garages. They are $17 for overnight parking. As of now the neighborhood is revising their parking rules, park on the street at your own risk. Quick Note on the Shower Situation: Both showers work great, however, on the second floor shower, the hot and cold are reversed! On the top floor shower, there is a safety mechanism so older folks don't burn themselves, and it will shut off at certain temperatures, if this happens just reach up and push the tab on the shower head up to resume the shower.
