We do not rent to locals. • A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking. • Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay. • No pets allowed. • No smoking in the unit or anywhere on the property. A $500 deep cleaning fee applies for violations. • No house parties. No groups under the age of 25. • Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM. While we aim for 4 PM availability, it cannot be guaranteed. • Ocean Blue strictly prohibits motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers. • Cancellation Policy: A 60-day written notice via email is required for cancellations. A $150 fee applies. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit all monies paid. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
