The second floor has four bedrooms (1K, 1Q, 2T, 1Q) and a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The third floor has a renovated full bathroom and a large bedroom that sleeps four (1Q & 2T), and is equipped with a 40" smart TV and a Playstation console with game selection. Every bedroom is newly painted and decorated and has a smart 32"+ TV. This home is professionally cleaned each Saturday. We take great pride in making sure that we offer our tenants an immaculate house with many conveniences. We offer plenty of extras that will make your packing easy and won’t jam your car full of items that are already here waiting for you. We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, 8 beach tags, sand toys, beach cart, pack and play (upon request), cradle, high-chair, kids toys, books, games and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped - all brand new appliances plus a Keurig coffee maker and crock pot. We also have cable throughout and Wi-Fi internet. Towels and linens CAN be provide upon request for an additional charge. This beautiful home is just a short walk to the beach (4 blocks) and boardwalk. In addition to the ideal location, there is also a driveway for 3-4 vehicles on this quiet street! An outside storage room is available that contains the beach gear. There is a hot water outdoor shower located at the rear of the house with a locking door for privacy. We also provide a gas grill. **Book soon before your desired week is taken!
