Cost can depend on the type of key and time required of getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out. -Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit it`s payable before arrival. For stays above 28 nights a deposit starting from 2 weeks up to a month rental it's required. - We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above. Guests will receive a rental agreement and are bound by the contract which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
