A short walk-through complex to the beach (no roads to cross). Comfortably furnished, includes bed/bath linens, stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer. Min. 3 nights. Discounts for 7 or 28 + nights. Our condo is bright and well maintained. It is the perfect location for fun in Florida. Centrally located within driving distance to Daytona, Orlando and Jacksonville. It is located on Anastasia Island, historic Saint Augustine, the nation's oldest city. Our condo is in Ocean Village Club a beautiful gated resort community with unbeatable amenities for year round fun, including a clubhouse, 2 swimming pools (1 heated), 2 tennis courts, 4 shuffleboard courts, a picnic area with grills, and a private beach walkway. Portable/collapsible table available if you need to do some remote work. Guest access Entire condo. Other things to note A 3rd-floor (walk-up) (NO Elevator). NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. Gated resort entrance, we will let you in the gate remotely. Self-check in keyless front door. Arrival time is between 4:00pm and 7:00pm. Please let us know of your expected arrival time. (If you plan to arrive after 7:00pm other gate entry directions will be needed for late arrivals). (Departure no later than 10:00am). No boats, RV's/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored on OVC property.
