Room 2os twin with bathroom

I offer a nice, modernly furnished, but not large twin room for 2 people. The room has a bathroom, fridge (refrigerator), LCD TV, desk, wardrobe, cordless kettle. 20 minutes to the sea. There is a closed parking lot and a place to store bicycles. The space The room is designed for a maximum of 2 people (2x single bed 80x200), 17m2 with a bathroom. The room is on the 1st floor. The area of the house is fenced, in a quiet area. The beach is 1600m away (less than 20 minutes on foot). Guest access I provide access to the kitchen with dining room, parking space on the fenced property. A barbecue is available, and bicycles can be rented. During your stay I live in the same building, so I am available to guests at all times. Other things to note The shared kitchen is located in building B, open only during the holiday season. During COVID-19, we introduced restrictions on its operation!
