Magnificent recently renovated studio in a new building, located on Calle Peña, in the historic center of Malaga, a few minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of the city. It is a studio with capacity for 3 people, bright, modern and with everything you need to enjoy a great stay. It is a new construction studio, around 35m2, modern and with all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. The space It has a living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, perfect for resting after a day discovering the city; a modern fully equipped kitchen so you can cook your favorite dishes; a double bed (190*140) in a higher area with a built-in wardrobe and a complete bathroom with a shower. The apartment also has AC, wifi, bedding, towels, hair dryer... The apartament has parking included in the price, in a building on the next street. IMPORTANT: Municipal roadworks are currently taking place on the street until mid-September. Although the noise is usually minimal, there may be occasional disturbances in the mornings. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Guest access During the stay, guests have access to the entire house. You can use all the apartment. You can use the kitchen and everything you will find in it. The apartment is provided with linens and towels for all guests, so you do not need to worry about that. In the bathroom you will find small bottles as shampoo, shower gel and soap for the first days of your stay. It's no need you bring all this with you. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, although in some cases it may be possible to enter earlier, as long as the apartment is available. The guest can ask the Minty Stay team the day before arrival. The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host. The cleaning staff will arrive around 11:00 AM; if the guests coincide with them, it will be necessary to allow them access.
