Minutes from the Horse Park, Bourbon trail , biking trails and vineyards and Keeneland race track The apt is 1750 sq ft and includes a large living room with pool table , kitchen with microwave , refrigerator, and toaster oven and separate bedroom with queen bed . Private outdoor porch. Breakfast items stocked in the refrigerator . The space GOLF COURSE , BOURBON , WINE AND HORSE COUNTRY!!! Downstairs apartment in private home with separate entrance. There is one bedroom with a queen bed with ornate iron headboard. Drawer space and closet space available in the room .TV with cable hook up. There is a large living room off the bedroom with 2 sofas , lTV and a pool/ping pong table . There is a small kitchen area with refrigerator ,toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker. The kitchen area also has a dining area with table and chairs and a bar area with chairs . Access to work out room . There is a treadmill , elliptical machine and small weight bench . There is a private outdoor porch with chairs and a table looking out over the 11th fairway of the golf course. If additional sleeping arrangements are needed (more than the 2 people) I have a queen air mattress that can be put down in the living room area . LOCATION I am located on Longview Golf Course in Georgetown Ky . I would be happy to arrange tee times . The golf course is 5 miles from the downtown area of Georgetown. Georgetown has great antique stores! We are in the heart of horse country! 15 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park where events are always taking place . If you are coming to a show or event you will have easy access. 20 minutes from Keeneland Race Track with racing in the spring and fall! 1 hour from Louisville and Churchill Downs We are also near the Bourbon Trail - with Woodford Reserve and Buffalo Trace within 20-25 minutes - not to mention many more nearby, We have quite a few wineries within half an hour . Equus Run being very close with events and concerts in the summer , Kentucky is making its mark once again with many vineyards and producing wine. I am 5 minutes from the small charming town of Midway Ky with great restaurants and unique shopping. Georgetown is 10 minutes away with several great restaurants and antique shopping .
