Enjoy this beautiful 1300 square feet guest home tucked away on a luxurious Sunnyvale estate. With direct highway access, our guest home is the perfect location for anyone needing a short 15 to 20 minute drive to Downtown Dallas or surrounding attractions. Our guest home can easily accommodate four people. Everything in our guest home is brand new and in pristine condition. The space There is a king-size bed in the Master Suite as well as a queen-size pullout sofa in the Living Room. There is also an oversize 7' couch in the Master Suite and standard size couch in the Living Room. Guest access Full, private access to the entire guest house. Other things to note * We provide a First Aid kit in the full bathroom pantry. If First Aid kit is removed, please put back in the same place and out of the reach of children. * Due to complaints associated with different hair and skin types, we no longer provide bath soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. * Due to a change in Airbnb’s insurance policy, we no longer provide a BBQ pit or BBQ utensils. * Use the washer and dryer at your own risk. We are not responsible for misuse of bleach, detergent, dryer sheets, or improper temperature settings. * Due to insurance requirements, the fireplace can’t be used. * Due to family medical issues, we enforce a non-negotiable No Animal policy. Under no circumstances do we allow animals, pets, emotional support animals, or service animals in our guest house. Any guest that violates our No Animal policy will be asked to leave immediately and will be charged a $1,500 cleaning fee.
