Sleeps 4 w/ Q bed and Q sofa bed in living room. Beautiful updated bathroom w/ dressing area, kitchen w/ all essentials including a dishwasher! 2 Smart TVs and wifi. The space You will enjoy "Breaking Away" to this cozy 1br/1ba at The Ocean Inn, a hidden gem with private pool, outdoor grill areas, on-site laundry and free parking. This renovated condo sleeps 4 and features local photography and artwork. The living room has a comfy couch and classic woven chair with plush pillows. Enjoy watching palm trees swaying in the breeze, seeing the "ocean peak" view in the distance, listening to the rush of the waves, and taking in silent morning sunrises....all from your front door! The *new* queen sofa-bed features a memory foam mattress allowing for a comfortable night's sleep. Enjoy the large screen tv with cable and for some family fun, check out the books and games stocked in the entertainment center. Owner has provided a small beach cart for bringing your chairs to the beach, as well as two beach mats. The kitchen has been redesigned for maximum use of space and has a full-sized refrigerator, oven with stove top, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils needed for a great home cooked meal so you can enjoy family-style eating at the dining table for 4. Enter the private master bedroom and bask in the glow of natural light from three windows. There is a queen bed with comfy memory foam topper, nightstand, beach inspired dresser, cable TV, renovated small bathroom with a luxuriously deep tub and tile shower combo. Park the car and walk to anywhere you might want to go: the beach, great restaurants, local coffeehouses, unique shops, the local grocery store, and even The Island Spa. Feeling adventurous? Walk just next door to the moped rental shop so you can explore the quaint streets on the island, or zip over to Sullivan's Island for lunch and a visit to Fort Moultrie. Downtown Charleston, Sullivan's Island and Mount Pleasant are all within a short picturesque drive. We are located close to the Isle of Palms Connector so getting off the island to explore is quick and easy. Guest access Guests will receive email from Dreams N Druthers 7 days before arrival with specific instructions for entry. Parking passes are required and are also sent by email. Check in is 4pm, check out is 10am. Because there are always maintenance needs in our properties, check in times are not always flexible regardless of availability on the previous nights of arrival. If by chance the property is ready early, you will receive a text either the day before or the day of arrival. We do try to allow early access when we can. Other things to note ** COMMUNICATION: as an integrated partner on this booking site, please be aware that all future communications will come from Dreams N Druthers. Please be on the lookout. ** E-SIGNATURE CONTRACT: In addition to any contract you may have signed through an integrated partner (such as AIRBNB/VRBO). We require our own E-Signed contract to complete your booking. This allows us to include additional details we are unable to elsewhere. PLEASE NOTE THESE ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS: **MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed. **PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances **MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you. ** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment. ** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests. **SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas. **NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
