Charming half duplex just a 3 blocks from the happening Historic Downtown McKinney square and within walking distance to all the shopping, restaurants, pubs, and entertainment! It's also under 2 miles from the Cotton Mill, Cotton Gin, and near other wedding Venues! McKinney is located just north of Allen, Plano, Richardson and Dallas and East of Frisco, The Colony, etc. The home has been recently updated with granite counters, new paint, new carpet, and has designer touches throughout. The space Home includes luxury hotel grade bathroom linens and bedding, travel size shampoo / conditioner / soap, 50" Smart TV, and Wifi. The home includes two queen memory foam mattresses and a pullout couch with queen size mattress. There is a small washer and dryer in the unit and laundry detergent and softener is located in the pantry. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic cooking, eating, and drinking equipment, coffee, creamer, etc. Attractions near by include: All downtown McKinney Restaurants, Wineries, Pubs, Bars, Shops, and festivals! My favorite spots in downtown McKinney are The Porch (restaurant / bar with outdoor games, fire pits, also family friendly), Ricks Steakhouse (also has a really cool bar located in the back of the restaurant with live music on the weekends). Easy access to highway 75 Central Expressway and Sam Rayburn Tollway 121. Property includes free street parking and a front porch for sipping your choice of beverage. Please note, there is no driveway or garage for parking as well as no backyard at this property. Guest access Complimentary Wifi, coffee, creamer, fresh towels, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer with detergent and softener, basic cooking equipment, and kitchen essentials. Other things to note Pets: We are a pet friendly property. If you will be bringing a pet you need to communicate before check-in that you will have pet(s) with you. There is a $35 pet fee (flat fee not per pet or per day). If you bring a dog, please clean up after them in the yard. If your pets must get on the couch, please use the couch cover located in the bedroom closet. Please also keeping them in a kennel if you leave them unattended at the home. Please note, there is not a backyard at the property. Early Check-in may be available, but it needs to be communicated up front so we can confirm the cleaner will have it ready in time. Also, it is not guaranteed that we can provide early check-in for each stay - sometimes the cleaner will need up until the standard 4PM check-in time to get the home ready. Late check-out is available, but needs to be communicated as early as possible, and may not always be available depending on if we have guests checking in later that day. There may be late check-out fees that apply.
