This beautiful South Carolina oceanfront resort located on Hilton Head Island is conveniently located just minutes from Hilton Head and many of the Island's well-known activities. The property boasts 3 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a lazy river, a fitness center, and whirlpools. The space The spacious two bedroom, two bath condo features a fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and open separate dining and living areas. The primary bedroom is complete with a king bed and a bathroom with an oversized tub and walk-in shower. The unit features a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed & 1 sleeper sofa and access to another full bathroom. The living room also features a queen sleeper sofa with a furnished patio. There is a full kitchen with everything in it needed to cook a meal. The dining area features a table with 6 chairs for all your guests. Condo unit location on property assigned at check-in. Guest access Check In with the Front Desk Other things to note Upon booking, you will be asked to verify your full name and address matching your ID. You will be asked for your email address for the purpose of receiving your resort issued confirmation. Please note, Airbnb confirmations will not be accepted at check-in. Boats, motorcycles, recreational vehicles and trailers not allowed at resort. Cashless Resort: There is no cash available at this resort, and credit/debit cards are the only acceptable form of payment. An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit. Modernization of the Grande Ocean elevators will occur between April 2024 and July 2026.  Working on only one building at a time. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours. The resort will be undergoing a renovation project from Sept. 2024 through Mar. 31, 2025. Please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay. Housekeeping is not included.
