Location Deep Creek, Sleeps 12 close to town/gsmnp

Perfect Deep Creek Location approx a mile from Bryson City, Train Depot, National Park, & Tubing. House is divided into 2 separate large apartments and sleeps 12 comfortably. Each Apt sleeps 6 people. The entrance to both Apartments is off the front porch, which makes the place perfect for 2 families traveling together. Each Apt has 2 BR, 2 Baths, & a Full Kitchen. Up to 6 private parking spaces including two covered spaces. One of the Apts has a private back deck and Washer/Dryer. The space The apartments are not connected on the inside and are private from one another. However, using the front porch where the entrances to both Apts are, guests can easily go from 1 place to the other. The furniture in the apartments is all custom made...by me. Apt #1 has 2 King Beds and a Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle Bed underneath. Apt #2 has 1 King Bed, 1 Full Bed, and a twin Daybed with a Twin Trundle Bed underneath. Apt #1 has a large bathroom with 2 vanities, a walk-in shower, and a tub/shower combo, and toilet. There is another half bath in the apartment as well. Essentially, the place has 2 full Bathrooms. Apt#2 has 2 full Bathrooms. One bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub which has been converted to a shower and the other Bathroom has a shower tub combo. There is a washer and dryer in Apt#2. Both Apartments have full kitchens with basic cooking utensils and plenty of silverware, plates, and cups. Each apartment has a twin daybed in the living room area which also has a twin trundle bed underneath it. A total of 6 private parking spaces, of which 2 are underneath a metal carport. NO HOSTING OF EVENTS OR PARTIES IS ALLOWED Guest access Guests have full access to the front & back yard, front porch, and the back deck on Apt#2. Guests do not have access to the garage. It is my families storage unit at moment.
