Huge working island with ocean view seats three comfortably and has all the necessary meal prep utensils and supplies stored easily within reach. Coffee station with drip & pod coffee maker, hot water kettle, coffee grinder and an assortment of teas, pods & sweeteners provided (supply varies based on private or guest use). Crockpot, air fryer and waffle maker for your use. Renovated bathrooms in 2016 and brand new paint, floors and doors as of March 2020. New remote controlled fireplace (turn it on and off all day!) There are dozens of sights to see and things to do...When you feel like feeling sand under your feet, simply walk down a couple flights of stairs past the dunes and you are right on the beach! It is so easy to enjoy the sand and be able to rinse off afterwards at the building's outside shower and rinse off area. Two Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and sand toys are provided for your use. Pickleball courts are here along with tennis courts. Have a bonfire in the fire-pits that are on the beach (fire pits only available during summer months- bring your own required metal bowl for off season).
