This apartment is 50m2, 2 double bedrooms, Sofa-bed in the living room, Kitchen-Dining room, Bathroom with shower and Community Garden with a Relaxation Area exclusively for the people staying. The apartment is equipped with all amenities, air conditioning and heating, TV, and has Wi-Fi. All the necessary equipment, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils... Includes a set of sheets and towels per person, although if you need an extra change we can provide the service by paying a supplement. You can enjoy your stay comfortably, in a quiet and family environment, with all the services just a 10-minute walk away and a spectacular beach. All with an updated style in a rustic environment, surrounded by greenery, where you can rest and let your imagination run wild. In front of the property you have free parking without problems. You can walk to the beach (500m), on the way you will find the Maritime Club, they offer various water activities, surfing, paddle surfing, sailing... there are also tennis and paddle courts. From there to the other end of the Promenade, there are different restaurants where you can enjoy the Sea while tasting a typical Mediterranean dish. If you like the pool, 200m away you will find the Municipal Pool open all day, it has a children's pool, another for adults and a Bar-Restaurant. You will find hiking trails that will take you to discover the mouth of the Gaià River, the Tamarit Castle or the Marquesa Forest. From the promenade, you can start the Camino de Ronda that connects with Torredembarra or Tamarit. If you need to go shopping, you have the mall 10 minutes away (Caprabo, Mercadona, Veritas). The beautiful old town is just 300 meters from the apartment! There are different options for Restaurants, Bars and Cafes to go to lunch, dinner or have a drink! Don't forget to visit the Castle, the Museum and the Roman Ruins of Els Munts! Everything to enjoy as a family! NO SMOKING: We are committed to a healthy environment, so smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation or outside throughout the premises. If you are a smoker, this place is not for you. NO PETS ALLOWED: To avoid allergy problems and liability or inconvenience to third parties. BARBECUE RESERVATION: You can reserve the use of a barbecue with 1 day's notice, and you must use charcoal. The use of firewood is prohibited for safety reasons. WHAT DO YOU NEED? In the apartment you will find: - Bed linens and bath towels for as many people as are staying. - The basic materials to be able to cook and eat (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots...) - A welcome kit that will help you enjoy your stay the first few days (toilet paper, dishwasher, laundry detergent, scouring pad, trash bags, a kitchen towel). - Complimentary bathroom products (gel, shampoo, body cream, as well as hand soap bar). - Complimentary kitchen products (sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, spices, coffee, infusions) HOW IS CHECK-IN MANAGED? When you arrive, you will be assisted at Reception to register the people who will occupy the apartment according to your reservation. Following the regulations of Catalonia, it is mandatory to present the original Identity Document or Passport to register, and at this time it is also necessary to pay the corresponding mandatory Tourist Tax. You can speed up this process by receiving an automatic email with a link where you can provide your registration details and those of your companions in advance of your arrival. HOW DOES THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WORK? Upon arrival we will ask you for a bank card to be able to make a charge of €300, as a deposit. Upon departure, once we have verified that the apartment you have occupied is in good condition, we will refund the amount of €300 to the same card where the charge was made within a maximum period of 3 days from your departure. CAN YOU RECEIVE VISITORS? The apartment and common areas are exclusively for the people registered in the reservation. In case of receiving a sporadic visit, you will only be allowed access to the complex, once the mandatory registration has been made at the reception. In no case will they be able to access the complex if the capacity of the apartment is exhausted. The rate is €25/person per day of the visit. WHAT TIME ARE THE KEYS DELIVERED? For organizational reasons, the latest time to check out of the apartment is 11:00 AM. Check with reception if there is a possibility of arranging a late check-out.
