It is not "just a rental property" and as such it is not your cookie cutter rental. It takes short motion activated video clips when someone walks to the door. There are no cameras elsewhere on the property. We do NOT allow parties or special events at my home. We are located in a residential neighborhood and have this rule out of respect for our neighbors. Please no wedding inquiries. There is one local company that rent boats. The lake is great for boating, swimming (there is a great sandbar area for hanging out - only accessible by boat/kayak), and fishing (especially in our bay or right off our dock, where it is shallow with greenery). Please note that there is no beachfront from which to enter the water, so you'll need to do that by boat/kayak. We are close to many family friendly and recreational activities such as petting zoos, nature areas, and golfing. Master Bedroom: king size bed + queen size pull out couch Green Bedroom: queen size bed Brown Bedroom: queen size bed Blue Bedroom: full size bed + twin size bed Living Room: queen size pull out couch + twin size pull out couch Bathrooms: all three have been updated in the last 7 years. Kitchen: all major appliances are stainless steel and new: dishwasher, french door refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave, and garbage disposal. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, wine glasses, pots, pans, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, food processor, and slow cooker.
