When you enter through the double glass front doors, you will be met with vaulted ceilings and a relaxing, bright, and airy feeling. The open style floor plan allows you to see through the large sliding glass doors, framing a picturesque view of the gulf access canal, located right in your backyard. The décor is modern and elegant, sporting warm woods, whites, and creams, with pops of color. The vaulted ceiling throughout the villa gives the home an airy and spacious feel. The multiple skylights leave the villa cozy and bright. The home has a split floor plan for the bedrooms, allowing ample amounts of privacy when needed. The Master bedroom is open with a king-size bed and decorated with light woods and wooden floors. The sliding glass doors leading directly to the lanai keep the room bright. Pets must be under the owner's control at all times. Cleaning and disposing of pet excrement are the guest's responsibility. This can be done electronically or in person on the day of arrival. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee.
