The cottage features a game room with pool table. The space You and your guests have access to the entire 10-acre property, The main house and the cottage. The Farmhouse: The main house has 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The 1st floor has a gourmet kitchen, dining room, laundry room, powder room, a living room with a large smart TV, and a parlor that opens to a wrap-around porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing. The Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen features professional-grade appliances and plenty of country kitchen charm. The antique marble top table is perfect for gathering with friends and family. Second Floor Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom suite. The spacious master bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed and a large smart TV. The large en-suite bathroom features a farm sink, heated wood floors, and a stand-alone steam shower with a natural river stone floor and heated floors. Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed with a private bathroom with a stand-alone shower and a clawfoot soaking tub. Third Floor: Bedroom 3 features a four-post queen size bed.
