Rent my one-bedroom, one-bath completely furnished historic guest cottage and feel instantly at home. Enjoy waking up to the sounds of tropical birds. Read the Sunday paper over a cup of coffee or tea in the sunny private courtyard. Take a morning walk down to the water and watch the fish jump. The 750 square foot cottage is perfect for the single traveler or snowbird couple. There are no steep stairs to climb or elevators to take. Park your car(s) in the private guest drive. This is a completely non-smoking property. Smoking inside or out is NOT allowed. Well-behaved pets are generally welcome with advance permission. Lots of things available for use: beach chairs, beach umbrella, gas grill, charcoal grill, pool floats, lawn furniture, beach towels, coolers. If there's something special you need, just ask your neighbor (Me!) and I'll see what I can do. I'm in the customer service / dream vacation business, so I've tried to think of all the little things that will make you want to come back to stay year after year after year.
