We are a 5-minute walk to USNA Gate 1, and just under 1 mile to the Navy Stadium. A shady and quiet backyard is a peaceful respite, with dozens of retail shops, restaurants and coffee houses just steps away. It doesn't get better than this! Our home is across the street from the USNA, and sits 2 blocks from the City Dock, Maryland State House, St. John's College, and historic Main Street, and a 15 minute walk to the Navy football stadium! The spacious and light-filled master suite boasts a hotel-worthy spa bathroom featured in Annapolis Interiors Magazine. Second bedroom has a queen bed and the front bedroom has 2 twin beds. An additional full bathroom overlooking the USNA Chapel (with the new copper dome!) completes the upper hallway. Living room couch has a queen pull-out for extra guests. High-end linens and new pillow-top mattresses ensure the luxury of a hotel stay with all the convenience of a quiet home. Private backyard with ample seating, dining set and gas grill, and a front sunroom to watch the world go by offers privacy while still being in the heart of the Historic District. The fully-stocked "cook's kitchen" and open main floor inspires a perfect place to host a small gathering. Available for families, business travelers and small group retreats. Park in our front driveway, with room for 2 cars! Additional off-street parking for 1 extra car available with owners permission. Lockbox on premises for easy entry - no "check-in" required. (Please do NOT enter the house before the 4PM check in time without prior approval!) Owners live in town and are available should needs arise! We both come from a hotel and restaurant background and are very familiar with high-end travel. We can arrange to stock the fridge (or the bar) prior to your arrival, schedule a cleaning service during your stay, and help with private catering or meal delivery. We are happy to help you customize your trip! King George Street is one of the main streets in the Historic District. Access to the USNA and St. John's College are less than 2 blocks away: so close you can hear both the Navy Chapel and the St. John's Hall bells! Annapolis is a quintessential walking town! Our home has off street parking, and you most likely won't need to use your car while you are here! USNA Commissioning weeks: PLEASE do not put random dates in to inquire. Due to COVID19 and an excess of cancelled bookings, we have adjusted our calendar to only accept bookings up to 12 months in advance. We WILL make exceptions! Just send us a simple message and we will get back to you. Base rate for '24 and beyond is $12,500 for a minimum 7 night stay for that week. AirBnB fees and taxes not included.
