The Pink Cottage on beautiful Damariscotta Lake

3 BEDROOM, 1 BATH COTTAGE ON BEAUTIFUL Damariscotta Lake. A beautiful place to play or work. We have good internet service, I got 300+ Mpbs when I tested it. The cottage accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twins. The loft, LIMITED HEAD ROOM, (5 ft), has two twins. No problem for adults, just for sleeping. A living room, sunroom, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower finish out the first floor. The space When you’re not here to enjoy and have fun in the sun the Pink Cottage is a great place for working remotely in a relaxing setting while you enjoy the lake, wildlife and lovely sunrises. We close off the loft late fall/winter to conserve heat. Therefore only capacity of four. The cottage has a smart tv and an antenna for local. Please make sure to bring your password/pin. There is good wireless internet (329 Mpbs download 11.2 upload). We have a Rinnai gas heater in both the basement and in the living room. There’s a large deck with chairs and grill, expansive lawn and huge stone fire pit with wood supplied. We supply a canoe and three kayaks. We have a hammock plus a hammock chair, lakeside, perfect for relaxing or reading a book. A public boat landing is just up the road so you can launch your boat and tie it up to our dock. WE HAVE A STRICT NO SMOKING, NO ANIMAL POLICY, NO EXCEPTIONS! Guest access You can use all of the property except a small storage space in the loft on the right. During the cold weather we close off the loft so capacity is four. Other things to note We have a minimum age of 25 years old. We have a strict no smoking no pet policy. Again, NO EXCEPTIONS.. Spring and fall are some of the most beautiful times at the Pink Cottage. The Damariscotta Pumpkinfest is held over Columbus Day weekend every year, a perfect time to visit. The large L shaped deck, with plenty of deck chairs, a picnic table and grill, overlooks the lake with views of Spectacle and Hoe Island. Early in the morning and at dusk watch for the eagles flying overhead.
