Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is just one block away from the beach and features a large private enclosed patio deck with a fenced yard, BBQ grill, and table and chairs. You'll find stainless steel appliances in our fully equipped kitchen, along with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a TWIN-over-FULL bunk bed and a private TWIN bed area, a GAME ROOM with a convertible pool/ping pong/hockey table, a 40-inch Smart TV, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom features a KING bed, a 28-inch flat-screen Smart TV, and a private full bathroom. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a QUEEN bed, a 32-inch flat-screen Smart TV, and a doorway to the patio deck with an enclosed fenced yard, BBQ grill, and table and chairs. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and all of our Smart TVs offer access to your own Netflix and Hulu accounts. For your comfort and convenience, we provide a beach wagon and chairs, as well as other amenities. Our gated complex offers a shared outdoor swimming pool, and we have 8 identical townhouses available for large family gatherings. We can't wait to welcome you to our stunning townhouse in Gulfport! Guest access As our guest, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the townhouse, including the private enclosed backyard — perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Please note that the owner’s closet located in the downstairs bathroom and the balcony in the main bedroom are secured and not accessible to guests. You’re also welcome to enjoy the shared community swimming pool, conveniently located just a few steps from the townhouse. For parking, there are designated spaces in front of the townhouse, though they are not monitored or guaranteed. In addition, the gated complex offers plenty of open, free parking spaces throughout the area for your convenience. Please note that trailers are not permitted within the complex. Other things to note Swimming Pool: The shared outdoor pool is managed by the community and typically operates from March through October or November, depending on weather conditions. Pool access and maintenance are overseen by the HOA, not by the property owners. Refunds cannot be issued if the pool is closed due to maintenance or weather. No Parties: We maintain a strict no-party policy within the property and the gated community. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the premises by local law enforcement, and all deposits and payments will be forfeited. Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. Please note that service may occasionally be affected by local weather conditions. While we strive to ensure stable connectivity, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for temporary outages. Train Noise: Our townhouse is located in Gulfport, Mississippi, where an active train line passes through the city several times daily. Train sounds may occasionally be heard—a normal and familiar part of life in the area. Southern Climate & Insects: The warm, humid Mississippi climate can attract insects, especially during rainy periods. Our home is serviced by professional pest control several times a month, though a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for the presence of occasional insects. Location: We’re centrally situated within a secure gated community, just steps from the pool, one block from the beach, and close to local casinos, restaurants, and attractions—a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
