Centrally located, within two blocks of Geodis Park and less than 2 miles from Downtown's legendary Honky Tonks, Vanderbilt University, The Gulch, Music Row and 12th South. Since you are here to make the most out of your time in Music City so we will guarantee an early check-in at 2PM and a 3PM check-out time (yep, just like that) so go ahead, plan away. The space STYLISH SPACE 2,400 square feet in a thoughtfully laid out 3 level home. There are several areas within the house for groups to convene or to serve as retreats for each individual to get away from it all. Upon entering, you will find an open floor plan with a dining room which accommodates up to 6 guests. Our nicely appointed kitchen is sure to be the focal point to a great breakfast or afternoon tapas. The Living Room offers comfortable seating in an inviting atmosphere and a 65-inch TV. On the floor above, you will find 2 bedrooms each furnished with a queen bed adjacent to a full bathroom. The Family Room has been stocked with board games and books, the perfect spot for a lazy afternoon or an evening-in to watch movies. The Basement has a full bedroom and full bath, and connects to an outdoor deck. It’s the perfect space for catching up over a glass of wine or cocktail while taking in the serene comfort of this amazing space. For those chilly months there is a fireplace table top and a tower heater. We have curated this house. The décor, the furnishings and every detail have been researched, sourced and procured. We are not here just to provide a "vacation rental" but rather, we make it our mission to help you create an unforgettable experience in Music City. Each bedroom has its own unique flair but we’ve also put a lot of thought into ensuring our guestrooms offer a high level of comfort. With this in mind, each bed has been outfitted with pillow top mattresses, four pillows and 100% cotton sheets. You will sleep in the clouds. We believe in traveling light. For ease of packing and to add further enjoyment to your visit, our bathroom provisions include Sulfate Free Shampoo & Conditioner and Organic Shower Gel. We want you to feel right at home whether you are visiting us for one night or one month; with your comfort in mind, we have placed two bathrobes in each guestroom closet. We keep the Keurig machine -always- stocked with a nice selection of coffee blends What else can you expect? You can expect to find an immaculate house. We launder all towels and all bed linens including duvet and pillow covers after each guest's stays. What does this mean to you? We use all $150.00 of the cleaning fee you pay us towards a professional cleaning service after each stay. Please note, Parties and Events of any kind are not allowed. This house is not kid friendly. We kindly ask that your party include guests that are 12 or older. Pets are not allowed. Guest access • Guests will have access to the laundry room including detergent and related supplies. Iron and ironing board are also available. • There is additional parking on site for visitors. Other things to note We are passionate about doing our part in helping Nashville's growing tourism industry. What does this mean to you? We are 100% compliant with Nashville's city permits for short term vacation rentals so your nightly rate is inclusive of 15.25% lodging tax and $2.50 city tax.
