Local shopping within 3 miles, coastal cities close by Marina, Seaside, Pebble Beach, Carmel by the Sea, Monterey, and Santa Cruz. Plenty of restaurants within 10 min. Guest access Entire home to self. Other things to note 10 AM Checkout 4 PM Check-In Early Check-In or Late Checkout is $50 an hour to account for an extra cleaning person to get the home ready on time. -All guests must be accounted for as the HOA has a strict policy that no more than 5 overnight guests can stay at this home. -The pool is open from April 1 to October 31. -Dogs are not allowed on the beach because of an endangered species and only service animals are allowed unless accompanied by property owner.
