Guest access You'll have access to the entire upper home, property and bulkhead for fishing or putting your kayaks or canoes in the water. There are two tandem kayaks and 2 singles available for use seasonally. ***There is a completely separate apartment on the ground floor of this home that is rented with no common inside access. Occasionally I stay down there or family go in and out when not rented. There is occasional sharing of fire pit and or kayaks just communicate with me what days you like to plan. The apartment is rented by family July and August who boat and outdoor sharing is not required aside from them occasionally sitting on bulkhead before and after boating.
