Guest access Front door access code provided for easy access to main building and also to front door of condo. Masterkey will be made available to enter from alleyway door into the building complex if you have a rental vehicle that you will park in our (one) free parking space. It will also open the front door to the main complex, laundry room located in the garage and trash bins located in the alleyway. Other things to note Welcome to our beach home! We’re happy to share this space so you can also enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay by the ocean. The bedroom is furnished with a brand-NEW king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep. In the living area, you’ll find a FULL-size futon with a memory foam topper, accommodating up to two additional guests. Fresh linens for the futon are available in the closet drawers. To make your beach days even easier, the home is stocked with two beach towels, two chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella for your use. Please note: the lower-level hallway cabinets are reserved for owner use, and we kindly ask that towels are NOT placed over the balcony rails located outside the front door.
