Tensions fade away as you come up to this beautiful southwest style home, and are welcomed into the beautiful open living space with unique yet tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes for 12, utensils, coffeemaker, and toaster. The living-room windows look out onto the private fully fenced back yard, where the luscious lawn is framed with breathtaking natural desertscape. The back patio is equipped with a propane barbecue grill, a picnic table and chairs, as well as a relaxing private hot tub. The gas-log fireplace provides a cozy ambiance for those chilly winter months, while settling down with a good book or your favorite TV show. The master bedroom has french doors that open to the back patio. It has a King bed, flatscreen TV with cable available, with a walk in shower and soaker tub in the master bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms that have Queen beds, and one room with 2 twin bunk beds. There is a desk space with a computer available, in case you need to catch up on some work during your vacation. The oversized 2 car garage and additional driveway allow for plenty of room for your four-wheeled toys. You will have plenty of storage for your accompanying items. Large parking area on the south of the property provides for trailer parking. (All parking must be off-street.) All trailers and large vehicles must be parked on nearby Westwater drive. Located less than a mile from the famous Steelbender Jeep Trail, you are just minutes away for memories of a lifetime. Moab's golf course with more amazing views is also minutes away. There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost to the reservation. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. There are no refunds given for inclement weather, flooding, natural disasters, loss of power, etc that are beyond human control. All efforts will be made to keep you comfortable; if we need to move you to another location, we will do so if possible, given availability. Guest access All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors. Other things to note Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
