Privacy is our priority! Nowhere near RVs, tiny cabins or hwy/busy roads. Less than 1/4 mile to river w/ safe, quiet opportunities to walk along neighborhood & low river crossing. Only mins to the Guadalupe River. The suite is complete with amenities - WiFi, kitchenette, firepit, private entrance. Shopping, wineries + outdoor activities await you in surrounding areas! Well behaved pet is welcome for a small fee w/ prior approval and must be crated if left alone. The space The Yellow House Guest Suite includes a spacious master bedroom suite (complete with memory foam king size bed and pillows and 50” Fire TV) plus adjoining den with fold-out queen size sleeper sofa, cable tv, kitchenette furnished with K-cup coffee maker, mugs, dinnerware, microwave and full-size fridge/freezer complete with ice maker and water in door. Just outside of the suite entrance is a patio/sitting area surrounding a gas fire pit for your enjoyment on the cooler evenings, along with a propane grill. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Guest access The Yellow House Guest Suite is not a separate building, however provides all the privacy you will need with a private entry door for easy access to outdoor seating area and parked vehicle. The gated back yard is not a part of the rental unit and should be considered off limits. The space will accommodate up to 3 adults and one child. Other things to note Just steps outside the private entry, you will find one of the oldest living live oak trees in Kerr County. Enjoy the evening hill country breeze while watching the whitetail and axis deer stroll by, or the peaceful serenity with a cup of coffee in the morning.
