Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manage privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tub while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. A front desk staff to help you with all your needs. The space This 1-bedroom condo has been decorated to provide a chic mountain escape. Its ground floor location offers the convenience of being able to slip out the glass doors and, in less than one minute, walk to the slopes or hiking trail, depending on the season in which you’re visiting. The interior is warm and inviting, making this a great hideaway for a couple or family! From the soft texture of the plush sofa to the rich grains of wood you’ll find in the ceilings and furnishings, a variety of textures work together to create a cozy living space in this condo. Relax on the sofa or accent chair, enjoying the soothing flickering of flames in the gas fireplace or catching the latest movie on the TV mounted above. During the evening, the great room is a cozy space to unwind, while throughout the daytime, you’ll enjoy plenty of sunlight thanks to the large set of glass doors along one wall. Stay fueled from the full kitchen, where you’ll find a modern space complete with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and tableware. There’s no shortage of counter space thanks to the generous kitchen island, which makes cooking hassle free. Pull a stool up to the island for a quick breakfast and coffee in the morning before hitting the trails, or take the time to prepare a full meal at the end of the day, gathering around the adjacent dining table where there is seating for four. You won’t regret spending your days delving into the many outdoor activities Snowmass has to offer. But you will want to rest up and tackle each day with newfound energy! You’ll get a great night’s rest in the master bedroom of this condo, which offers a spacious king bed. There’s plenty of drawer space to unpack and stay awhile, and the bedroom also features an additional flatscreen TV. The bathroom is located right across the hall from the bedroom and offers a tub and shower combination. For those traveling in a party of four, additional sleeping arrangements can be made on the living room’s sofa sleeper. Neutral décor and cozy living spaces make this condo a great option for couples and families alike. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. Guest access Entire condo plus Timberline amenities. Please, make yourself at home.
