Privately owned STUDIO at The Ocean Inn, located a block from the beach, wonderfully maintained and nicely decorated. Open room with K bed,Q sofa-bed, kitchenette w/ essentials. Full bath with shower. This retreat is well loved by guests from all over! You can tell by the different destination decals on the creative entryway wall. This privately owned STUDIO condo is wonderfully decorated and immaculately maintained. There is a king bed, sitting area with sofa, and eating space in the main room with an adjoining kitchen area and full bath. Provided in this small but serviceable kitchen is a large toaster oven, regular toaster, microwave, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, and single-eye counter-top induction cook-top. The cook-top requires steel-bottomed pans for it to operate and one 2-qt soup pot is provided. Plates, bowls, silverware, coffee cups...also provided. There is no oven/stove combination but there are small appliances to meet the needs of preparing simple meals in your condo. The bathroom has been updated to include tile and glass and has plenty of counter space. You can tell this retreat is well loved by many from all over the country as you read the different destination decals on the creative entryway wall. (Please bring a decal from your home town to add to it!) Even though this condo is located on the back side of the Ocean Inn condominium complex, you can still hear the waves off the beach at night. Free parking onsite. Coin laundry facilities, two grill areas and small private pool for use by guests of our complex. It's a 5-min walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants on the Island. Close to the Isle of Palms Connector so it's a quick trip to Mt Pleasant or 25 minutes to downtown Charleston. Guest access Guests will receive email from Dreams N Druthers 7 days before arrival with specific instructions for entry. Parking passes are required and are also sent by email. Check in is 4pm, check out is 10am. Because there are always maintenance needs in our properties, check in times are not always flexible regardless of availability on the previous nights of arrival. If by chance the property is ready early, you will receive a text either the day before or the day of arrival. We do try to allow early access when we can. Other things to note ** COMMUNICATION: as an integrated partner on this booking site, please be aware that all future communications will come from Dreams N Druthers. Please be on the lookout. ** E-SIGNATURE CONTRACT: In addition to any contract you may have signed through an integrated partner (such as AIRBNB/VRBO). We require our own E-Signed contract to complete your booking. This allows us to include additional details we are unable to elsewhere. PLEASE NOTE THESE ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS: **MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed. **PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances **MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you. ** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment. ** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests. **SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas. **NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
