Amazing Ocean Views in South Bristol, ME

The house has amazing views with decks everywhere and access to a private sandy/rocky beach (shared with neighbors). Built in 2011, the house is located on a quiet peninsula in South Bristol. The house overlooks Mcfarland's Cove on one side and John's Bay on the other. The space We have access to the McFarland Cove beach and a pathway to the rocky shore. You can climb on the rocks, swim in the cove and walk to back bay to watch clam diggers in action. Guest access Amazing views, dining on the deck, as well as access to the beach. Other things to note Rent Kayaks (in town/can be delivered to house) and paddle to Witch Island, anchor or climb ashore on the beach, hike the island’s paths while keeping an eye out for fairy houses. Enjoy a picnic lunch overlooking Johns Bay. Visit Pemaquid Lighthouse. Dine in Damariscotta, Anchor Inn, Shaw’s, Coveside or Bradley Inn. Boat or drive to the South Bristol Co-op & Pemaquid Co-op for fresh lobster. Hike Back Bay, swim across the Cove, tour Fort Henry and visit Christmas Cove.
