Casa de los Flores (House of Flowers) gated secure parking

We are 3 blocks from the beach, 3 minutes from all the taco stands in calle 13, about 5-7 min. To the Malecon depending how much traffic there is. Far enough from all the noise on the beach at night and close enough to walk or drive to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 car parking inside the gated yard, all queen beds in all bedrooms along with a heating and cooling systems in every bedroom. NOTE: additional pictures will be available shortly Thank you. The space House is very comfortable. Parking for 2 cars with a locked gate, very safe for motor cycles during the bike rally. We do have two dogs for security, they have their own area. We do have a palapa where you can just sit and enjoy a refreshing drink or BBQ after a day on the beach. There is a barbecue area with a bar can be an outside kitchen or bar Guest access Entire House is available NOTICE: The daily charge for the house is based on 6 occupants 2 occupants per room if you have additional occupants you will be charged an additional 25.00 per day per occupant, and you will have to supply the additional sleeping accommodations such as inflatable mattresses and or sleeping bags.No more than 2 additional guests. The cleaning personnel have been trained in the safe cleaning policies and procedures for COVID-19 sanitation for the safety of our guests as well as ourselves. Thank you. Other things to note Refrigeration and heating unit have been added to all the rooms for the comfort of our guests. The house has a large gated yard perfect for ATV's and MOTORCYCLES. It also has outside lights and security cameras to the outside of the house. There is a washer and dryer in the house, it is primarily for the use of house cleaning, but you can check with house cleaning personnel for laundry service.
