You will have a view of Spicer Bay which is off the main channel. (Unfortunately, you can't see big ships going by). The space Super cute cottage located on the St. Lawrence River! We are in Spicer Bay which is halfway between Clayton and Fishers Landing, NY. You will have access to Spicer Bay which is right off the main channel of the St. Lawrence River. You can walk down to our small beach and swim! There are chairs to sit and relax in while gazing at the river! Freshly remodeled and ready to rent for the Summer of 2022 season! Bring a kayak or canoe with you to enjoy. There are also fishing spots from shore so bring your poles! For any questions you may have, please feel free to contact us! Thanks! Guest access You will have access to your cottage the small sandy beach and a fire pit for campfires. Other things to note We also have dock spaces available for rent with a boat launch on-site. Dockage is $150.00 per week per slip or $25.00 per day.
