Happy Valley is a two-story house. *This is an Adult only property sorry no children. The space Happy Valley Chalet is a large two story home that can comfortably accommodate 8 IF you need to work while you play that's no problem Happy Valley Chalet has unlimited 5Gfast Internet . Also just link your phone up to Wi-Fi calling and you can use your cell phone. Happy Valley Chalet sits on 36 acres Beautiful acres with a mountain stream running through the property. Up stairs has a large Dining Room/living Room open concept that Is large enough to accommodates 2 couches . There is also a fire pit outside where you can have a fire. There are floor to ceiling windows overlooking a Beautiful mountain stream and Meadow. A well stocked large kitchen. A deck for outdoor dining , coffee and cocktails. For the summer months when the bugs are out a back screened in porch. Because Happy Valley Chalet sits on 36 acre with a steam going down the middle of the property and old barns , a high balcony Happy Valley is not appropriate for children. Thank you for understanding safety first. Happy Valley does have basic T.V. channels and some free channels. If you would like you may bring your fire stick there is a connection. Upstairs 1) bedroom with 2 Queens 2) bedroom 1 Queen Sleeping nook with a Sleeper sofa. 1 bathroom Downstairs Bedroom 1/ As a Queen size bed Other sleeping areas/ There is a sleeping nook with 2 Queen size beds in a nightstand in between review the picture. The couch folds out to a double size bed. There is a picture of the nook. 1 bathroom Washer and dryer Another living Room w/ TV. This property is protected by security cameras at both entry ways. Please make sure you give an accurate count head count. Do not bring extra people. If you do You will be asked to pay for the additional people or possibly be evicted without a refund. Absolutely No animals under any circumstances. It's 45 minutes away from Gatlinburg and 1/2 an hour either directions to a town with a big grocery store. The Guest access Happy Valley chalet is a self check in. Chillhowee lake is only 2 miles away from the Chalet. Don't forget to bring your paddle boards & kayaks . Gatlinburg and Piegon Forge are approximately 45 minutes from Happy Valley Chalet. Townsend is a popular destination for tourists that want to stay on the quiet side of the smokies . You can tube down the Little River Have a nice dinner Tons of hiking trails to choose from. Tour Cades Cove - Is an 11 mile loop with historical buildings and signs telling about life back in the 1800s.
